Privacy Policy
B2M Hub, operated by BUILD2M LLC (New York, NY)
Effective: 25 June 2026
B2M Hub ("the app", "we", "us") is the operational platform for BUILD2M LLC's construction work —
projects, estimating, scheduling, finance, and field tools. This policy explains what data the app
collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Account information — your name and email address, via Firebase Authentication (email or Google sign-in).
Content you enter — contacts (names, phone numbers, addresses), projects, tasks, daily logs, estimates, and uploaded photos and documents.
Location — precise device location when you use location-aware features (e.g. jobsite mapping and scanning), via your device's location services.
Device identifiers — a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications.
Diagnostics — crash and error reports (Sentry) to keep the app stable. These may include your account identifier so we can reproduce issues.
2. What we do NOT do
No advertising. The app contains no ad networks.
No third-party tracking or cross-app/cross-site tracking SDKs.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use your data
Solely to provide and operate the app's features for BUILD2M's work — authenticating you, storing and
displaying your projects and content, sending notifications you've enabled, and diagnosing crashes.
4. Where it's stored & who processes it
Data is stored in Google Cloud / Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging).
Crash diagnostics are processed by Sentry. These providers process data on our behalf under their own
security and privacy terms.
5. Cookies & local storage
The web app uses only functional cookies and local storage — to keep you signed in and
remember app state. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Your rights & choices
Access & correction — view and edit your data within the app.
Deletion — you can delete your account and associated data from Settings inside the app at any time.
Notifications & location — control these through your device permissions.
7. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, associated personal
data is removed, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
8. Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
